New changes in the real estate profession have resulted in a change in our business format. We will only be handling listings for client sellers. Those listings will be of rental properties only. That has been the primary focus of our 46 years in business. We hope to be able to continue to find you a suitable investment property, in the city of Ithaca and around Cornell University.
